Kinross Gold is a gold and silver mining company operating eight active gold mines around the world. With eight thousand employees, it has a stellar reputation for outstanding corporate citizenship. But the good news stories were going untold. We extended their commitment to foster the community of Kinross in 3 parts: Kinross.com, the 25-year brand journey; and Kinross World.
Design was a rigorous process of refining each element to its basic forms. In their bareness, we see the beauty and wonder of these mining site communities.
The colours and composition were minimal, and the typography was intricate but strong. The art was confident and proud.
Each project collected and shared the collective wisdom linked to Kinross, and in so, we built a network effect of goodwill.
